CEC Member Robert Park has volunteered to be a spokesperson for members who have solar collectors on their residences manufactured/installed by Solar Mining Company, which went out of business at the beginning of 2007. If you have unresolved warrantee issues or other concerns you may contact him at 608-273-8775 or solarownernews@gmail.com.

If you have invested in energy contracts on large solar systems with CEC, and would like to volunteer to be a contact person for this group, please mention it at this meeting or email coop_seth@yahoo.com in advance.  The 3 large systems owned by CEC were taken over by Nicolet Bank in Green Bay to cover a loan to CEC when the Board decided last summer that the cooperative had to default on the loan. These systems were subsequently sold, then legally abandoned to the site owners.
